The Caminando Carolers are a lovely a cappella caroling group that comes as a female trio or a female duo in stunning, handmade Victorian costumes or in their alternative look “Santa & Black”. The Angelus Singers also sing glorious a cappella Christmas music as a 2 women and 1 man vocal trio in stylish Victorian costume. Miriam Davidson performs as a solo voice and piano act. All 3 acts have long song lists sure to please all tastes.

Caminando Carolers
The Caminando Carolers are one of the premiere Christmas caroling groups in Vancouver. Formed in 1996, the Caminando Carolers perform both traditional and contemporary Christmas music during the holiday season at malls, corporate events, cafes and at special functions all over the Lower Mainland. Clients include Oakridge Centre, The Teahouse, Overwaitee Food Group and many more. The Caminando Carolers are available as a duo or as a trio. All of the arrangements are up to three-part harmony and the songs range in diversity from beautifully arranged pop and jazz holiday hits to obscure 13th Century Christmas carols. With nearly sixty Christmas songs in their repertoire and their beautiful hand made Victorian costumes with hooped skirts, the Caminando Carolers adds the perfect touch to your Christmas party, holiday event or shopping centre.
All of the members of Caminando Carolers are skilled and experienced musicians. In addition to leading their own solo acts, most of singers in Caminando Carolers are members of leading professional ensembles such as the Laudate Singers, Angelus Singers and Top City. Nearly all of the members have sung on choral, jazz and pop recordings. Each member of Caminando Carolers has years of experience performing for many different audiences. The Caminando Carolers will perform in any place that you like. They will perform on a stage or they will stroll through the shopping mall or through the room as they sing. They will even lead a group sing-a-long.
The Caminando Carolers have two kinds of dress available: Victorian (pictured) or Santa & Black. For Victorian dress, the Caminando Carolers perform in beautiful hand made Victorian costumes consisting of full length colourful hooped skirts, capes and bonnets. Upon request, the Caminando Carolers can perform in formal black and red and white Santa capes.

Miriam Davidson is also an accomplished singer and pianist. During the holiday season, she plays and sings both contemporary and traditional seasonal favourites. With over fifty songs in Miriam’s repertoire, she has something for everyone – whether you need background entertainment for your Christmas party, a corporate function or a full scale sing-a-long. Miriam can even provide song lyric sheets and her own equipment (keyboard and sound system) upon request.
Lunch and Learn
What is “Lunch and Learn”? It is a great way for any company to provide great fun AND an enriching educational experience for their employees during their lunch hour. Miriam, the Caminando Carolers and the Angelus Singers are delighted to introduce this feature to our services this season. You pick the format – i.e. a caroling duo, a trio or a solo voice and piano act and the repertoire depending on your budget and musical preferences. Miriam will then introduce each Christmas song and explain the history behind the songs. The songs are performed and then at the end of the session, the singers will give your group a short vocal harmony lesson where we will sing a Christmas carol together. Lunch and Learn is a great way to enhance team building, your employees get to listen to live Christmas music performed by talented singers and we all get to sing together at the end of the session.
